FrenzPay ("FrenzPay", "we", "us", or "our") provides cross-border payment and virtual-account services for the African diaspora through our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). - Account information — full name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in hashed form) provided when you register.
- Identity verification (KYC) data — where required to comply with financial regulations, identity documents and related details you submit.
- Transaction information — records of transfers, payouts, virtual accounts, balances, and related metadata.
- Device & usage information — device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic data used to operate and secure the Service.

- Service providers who process data on our behalf — including our cloud and authentication provider (Supabase) and payment partners — under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. We retain personal and transaction data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required to meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also delete your account from within the app's Settings, subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.
6. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
7. International Transfers
Because we serve a global diaspora, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this Policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
